Can you know without experience?

I was wondering if someone could know who they are before they ever have any sexual experience of any sort? I'm a lesbian, I've never kissed or fooled with anyone. I make my conclusion based on my crushes on girls and strong desire to have a girlfriend one day.
Do you think it's okay to label ourselves even if we haven't had any experience with any gender?

    Yes.

This is especially so for asexuals, who many claim "can't know for sure" if they haven't tried sex. You know what you know, and the attractions you feel are valid. You don't need to prove anything. Labels are there for you to choose that which best describes what you know about yourself, sexually and romantically. Like girls? Want to have a girlfriend? You're a lesbian, and that's good. No proof of sex with women certificate needed.
