Recently I've been questioning my sexuality again.

I've been identifing as lesbian for 6 months .But just in the past week I've been finding a couple male celebrities attractive ( Dan Howell). I don't really want to be in a relationship with them or anything (but if they wanted to kiss me i wouldn't say no) .I just find them really really pretty i guess. Maybe it just me being big fan. Is this a normal thing?

Yes it's normal. Celebrities are made to be intriguing, attractive, appealing, and they can "break through" most gender preferences. Of course you'd give them a chance to sweep you off your feet.

But it does sound more like fandom. That kiss might just be "meh".

In a way, it's like porn: designed to grab you, whoever you are. Not very indicative of core preferences. So crush away.

Pretty much, celebrities are meant to be attractive regardless of who you are. Doesn't always work, but it's designed to be beautiful to pretty much anyone.

    Keep crushin'

    Hey RanbowDoodle,

Both beenthrdonetht and WeDreamOfPeace have given you great input. Gay people can certainly find opposite-sex people attractive and even 'crush' on them, but it's almost always about aesthetic appreciation and not romantic/sexual attraction. Do you actually feel any romantic or sexual attraction to these male celebrities or do you just appreciate their 'cuteness'?
