Came out in October 2011, was on hrt in April 2012, was full-time August 2012, had name change October 2012.
I came out 3 1/2 months ago; but I'm still fighting to get HRT. I think I finally found a therapist who's willing to take me seriously though...9 therapists later. :eusa_doh:
came out in August of 2012.... also homeless... still trying to find a therapist to take me seriously...
I realised in October, came out in late December/January and went to my doctor last week there is no timeline and by no means should you think that you have to wait for anyone to take you seriously or whatever. I thought I had to wait a couple years before seeking help but my doctor said it was good that I came to see him quickly before I got depressed! Get the ball rolling when you feel ready!
