    Hellohello,

I think almost everyone here must know the scale but I will put it on here anyways!

    0 Exclusively heterosexual.
1 Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual.
2 Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual.
    3 Equally heterosexual and homosexual.
4 Predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual.
5 Predominantly homosexual, only incidentally heterosexual.
    6 Exclusively homosexual

I consider myself a 4, and I've told my parents I'm bisexual. I am always attracted to women, but sometimes I could really see myself with a man too. Other times I really can't. I'm fluid in the meaning of constantly shifting between thinking I'm 100% gay and 100% bisexual. After a couple of years I've noticed that I'm not confused but I'm just shifting. My family wants me to label myself clearly because I'm always vague, but I've got no clue what to call myself! And I'm afraid that if I choose the wrong label I'm stuck forever. Are there more sexual-fluid people? If so, what do you call yourself? Or are you 100% homosexual with no shift at all?

I am curious to know

I'm definitely a 6. I thought I was a 5 for a long time, because I did see women that I thought were absolutely gorgeous. It took me a while to realize that any sexual feelings I had for women were more out of sexual curiosity and wanting to want them than actual excitement. I can't help you with the fluidity. I'm gay, plain and simple. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: I do know some fluid people. They mostly identify as pansexual, though, so I don't know if that can help you or not! Good luck finding something!

About a 4 now. I thought of myself as 6 many years ago. I can't imagine ever being lower than 3, regardless of the sex of my partner. I mean even if I stay with a man and never do anything with women again, I'd consider myself 3 or higher.

I think there was a thread like this a week or two ago (and probably a few more times).

Hmm...can we split the difference? I'm thinking maybe a 4.5...almost a 5. I consider myself lesbian, though. I don't want to be with a man...been there, done that, bored to tears. But, I can definitely appreciate a good looking man.

There was a time I considered myself a 0 or a one. I.... was way off and over the years I've peeled back the layers and realized I'm somehwere between a 4 or 5 but closer to the 5 range.. Now I just gotta accept it

I end up as a 4 or 5 every time I do it, mostly 5's though.

I thought a few year back that I was an "i", but I now realize I'm definitely 6.0, nothing lower than that at all

  10. At first I would have said a 3 since I, for the most part, told myself that I was equally attracted to both men and women. More recently though I would definitely say I am a 5 since I really want a relationship with a guy but still find myself attracted to a special few ladies.

I'm really not sure... Lately I've noticed I have a much stronger attraction to men than women, but there are still some feelings for women. I'm leaning towards a 4 or a 5 (or a 1 or a 2 depending on how you view trans* people)

I can best describe myself as 5.8 on the Kinsey Scale; 6.0 (for my sexual orientation) -0.2 (for being capable of forming emotional attachments with women who are strong in character).

    I'm probably a 5.5

Its possible for me to be emotionally attached to a woman, but I don't want anything sexual with them at all.

I consider myself a 6. I've never been able to make any sort of connection with women.

Probably a 6, or very close. That's for my feelings.

The actual Kinsey scale was about experience, and I'm not sure where I would fall since I don't really have much.

Very high 5 or complete 6 - I'm about as likely to feel anything sexual for my coffee table as for a woman. However, some people here seem to include emotional factors and I certainly have plenty of female friends. Not sure if that's supposed to be what is meant by that or not.
