Well, I finally did it. I came clean with my mom about all of it. I told her the daughter she was expecting is still very much alive. (!) She replies, "I am so proud of you for finally being aware of your condition and are now able to move forward." She has known for 20 years that I was not like the other boys. She was in tears of joy as she stated, "Now that you have recognized it, we can move forward, dearest Ashley." A mom always knows. And mine is a crazy salon owning, Colt .45 carrying, mess. "I knew I lost my son years ago, but I gained a wonderful daughter, and if they don't like it *loads pistol* they can suck it." So much weight lifted off my shoulders...(!) I love you all, you gave me the courage to go on.(&&&)
Wow, great! Awesome you did it, and also terrific that she reacted to great! Reading this really fills me with some good vibes! ^^

Wow. What a lovely story. Glad to hear you are proud of who you are and that your mom supports you. Congratulations. Be who you want to be, not what the world wants you to be.
