Hi everyone, I am currently questioning my sexuality, and some help and feedback would be appreciated. First off, I am male and thought I was straight most of my life. When I entered High School, relationships and sex was alot more fluid, almost 100% more than primary. Everyone in my friendship group started to get girlfriends, and I never really did in that period. It was quite annoying for me, only because I couldnt talk about, "The women", with them anymore. In 8th Year I got a girlfriend. She was really nice and everything, but when we kissed I was always thinking about men. We broke up a short while after that. I thought I should think about my sexuality for a while, so I did. I watched gay pornography and straight pornography, both turning me on. I could watch gay porn all the way through and be attracted, but with the straight porn, it was on and off. Period. I dont know what I would label as, and I know labels arent important, but I just need some closure for now. Now I think I am pansexual, I am attracted to transgenders, and genderqueers! <3, but I have not had any sexual experiences with these types. Thanks for reading. P.S. Many of them hate the gay label for themselves though their lovers look in most cases definitely more male than female. So I would label them as GAY. I think PANSEXUAL is the best point of departure for you, because you have a wide horizon and are open for the more unusual forms of sex. I wouldn't give up on the women and have an eye on your heterosexual cravings. It is clear that homosexuality if the present favourite, so you should not be afraid of the GAY label even if that doesn't describe your wide sexual range. But if you are in the gay world you can't always walk around saying "I am pansexual!" or "I am bisexual!", because the gays get the impression that you want to be something better than they. If you are looking for a girlfriend you could call yourself 'bisexual' because 'pansexual' is uncommon and an expression for sexual gourmets. In all other cases you can enrich the conversation by explaining the meaning of 'pansexual'. Because you are already thinking out of the box you could also think about POLYAMORY. In the end the usual labels are far too imprecise to say much about a person. I find it much more helpful to describe the type of man or woman that is crush material for me.
