    Would also like to randomly note that were I of Middle Eastern descent, I would feel very uncomfortable on this forum. This thought upsets me.

    I also suffer(ed) from hormonal acne. Testosterone does cause acne and it's one of the issues with being male. Accutane has been a godsend for me, after antibiotics failed. Not sure how effective it is with testosterone injection, though. Also, you gotta be careful with the side effects.

    I'm very aware of the acne and all of the other issues that come with T. I'm lucky that, I haven't had too terrible of acne, it just seems like it's more-so shaving irritation. Every time I shave, my face always breaks out but it subsides within a few days. Aftershave just makes it worse.

    I have a decent facial cleanser that I swear by, and blemish remover that works decently, just not quick enough. Side effects of acne antibiotics?

    So by break outs I'm guessing you mean razor bumps or did I misunderstand 'Cause it is difficult to avoid those, though if you go gently with it and not too quickly, especially over sensitive areas, it should be possible to generally avoid them.

    I am great at staying in the closet and pretending to be a girl... lol, at work one of my coworkers was at the hospital on tons of medication and apparently was talking about me being a man. I'm being perceived more as my gender identity than I meant to.

    Razor bumps, and whiteheads, it all kind of looks similar. I'd like to think I do go rather slowly/gently but, it could possibly be the soap that I use could be irritating my skin.. or possibly the razor, considering dry shaving doesn't give me any irritation.

    I use two different kinds, Neutrogena and Proraso Aloe and Green Tea soap (I really prefer the latter because it's far less irritating and smells nice), and I change the blades maybe every two or so weeks? They typically get dull around then.
