How can I reduce my libido?

    Any ideas?

I'm not on testosterone but I have a much bigger libido than I would like. It seems to be connected to my gender identity since before I realized I was trans I had none of this frustration. I just want to know how I can get rid of these feelings or at least know a healthy outlet for them.

(Btw Dating is out of the question because of my gender identity and I'm not interested in hooking up with guys who have a fetish for trans guys. Besides, I'm not interested in men in that way)

I used to have this problem myself and I find that libido is just mostly in your brain. Mine tends to cut down if I get involved with fun activities and don't have to think about it. It's hard to do at first, but possible.

There's still the option of masturbation as well, and It's possible to adopt a mindset to be able to do it in ways that aren't dysphoric. If I was trans I would probably stick to external rubbing (since the clit is like a penis) or anal penetration (since cis men do this as well).

It's a natural thing. Just because you mentally recognize you have a gender identity issue doesn't mean your body will do anything differently. We all have hormones and 99% of us want sexual activity. Don't drive yourself nuts because you want something to stop that's going to be very difficult to change.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

I know it's a natural thing but when you're trans you don't have the freedom or the privilege to cruise about looking for sexual relations and it can be very frustrating having libido.

I will try exercise and other distractions and see how it goes.

That depends on the games... I would avoid rather aggressive ones

And its more healthy to have a walk from time to time, for example,

    I do not doubt that.
But playing more agressive games, I felt hyped up...
I liked more games which use the imagination... exploring in nice fantasy worlds...

    not playing much lately
