    So, not specifically talking about the D&S community but more in a relationship in general, do you tend to be a more dominant personality in a relationship or do you tend to be more submissive? Do you tend to switch back and forth? Or do you think this is dumb question or don't care either way? :grin:

    Personally I could go either way depending on who I'm with... So I guess I'm kinda both~ :lol:

    Haven't been in a relationship but I easily see myself as being neither.

    It just isn't something I particularly think or care about, so it probably would be ideal to find someone with the same line of feel(hmm...) because I'm not sure how I feel about someone insisting they be one or the other.

    ^ kind of the same here. i hate that label "submissive or top...sorry no other option" - it sounds like: "kim jong un or die!!". People simply can be both. However guess you can call me more leaning to "submissive" as i care a lot about my partner (if we're talkin' sex here :icon_bigg), but in a relationship how can you be any of this?? Relationships should be all about equality....being dominant in a relationship has saddism written all over it.

    As to sex again: whatever the other person wants (well as long it isn't something creepy).

    Generally, I'd probably be the more dominant one. But only in the sense, I like to make sure priorities are kept, business is handled, and I don't want to be a burden on somebody else. However, in terms of intimacy, that totally depends. I'd like for either of us, my partner and I, to take the initiative -- it makes things more unpredictable, when it can come from, or go, either way, which keeps things spicy. Mm.

    I will say this, though. My partner gets off before I do, because I'm going to spoil that body, LOL!

    Same. It's not as if by "submissive" I mean to say that my boyfriend bosses me around and always decides what we're going to do, it's just that I've always been more of a follower than a leader and when it comes to "the bedroom", I'm definitely more submissive.

    I'm not dominant nor submissive. I'm just like "I'm my own person and you're not going to force me to do anything I don't want to do", but I won't be dominating what they do as well.
