What was the first song that you really liked?

I remember sitting at home with a cassette player listening to some ABBA album over and over, couldn't tell which one though.

 

As bad as it sounds I could sing Paradise By The Dashboard Lights by the time I was 4

 

Earliest song I can remember liking? That was like 30 years ago. The earliest stuff I can remember liking was Credence Clearwater Revival. My dad used to play his 8 track (how many people here remember those) with Down on the Corner, Have You Ever Seen the Rain, and Lodi.

 

Hmm... I suppose it'd be Take a Walk by Passion Pit... Yeah... Probably...

I love Demi Lovato and Mary Lambert. With their songs Secrets & I Don't Care, taught me to be me and that everyone doesn't need to know everything about me and if they do, I don't care what they think of me.

 

Man, I'm trying to think here... It's been a long time since I first started getting into music that it's hard to remember. I think my first favorite song was "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith. I remember because I first heard that song watching Armageddon. Dang, that was a good movie!

 

Queen's "You're my Best Friend." I loved it WAY too much as a kid. Reminds me of one of my old friends. (Juan ... you're part of what made my childhood great. Thanks, buddy.)

That's a hard question. It was either We Will Rock You by Queen or Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz, I can't remember which became a favorite first.

I think it was maybe an Aaron Carter song. But the first one I rememberby name is Float On by Modest Mouse.

 

I got my first cd from my Dad when I was a kid and it was The Moody Blues and my favorite song from that album was "The Story in Your Eyes"
