How do you cope with sadness or anger?

    Ask myself if it is reasonable, logical or good to feel like this oorrr listen to fitting music oorrr do sth to let it out. Or everything of these.

    I used to bottle up my feelings till a few years ago when I lost my cousin we were the same age and hung out all the time when he died I just cried or got angry pushed everyone away
    it not grate bottling up it like a pressure cooker eventually your going to let off steam .

    I'm getting better at expressing my anger at the time something occurs and appropriately expressing my feelings. Otherwise I tamp it down and wait for the straw to break the camel's back

    If I'm sad I take a walk, talk with friends, listen to music, and drink, but never alone.

    I'm not always so great at dealing with emotions. Sometimes I have a tendency to keep things in; other times I react badly and take it out on someone else or end up throwing something across a room -_-

    I would rather do something like go out in nature or listen to music. Those can usually put me in a better place.
