If they don't... perhaps you can have the package shipped to a friend, or if you're in an urban area, Amazon offers lockers they will deliver your package to for free. Another option is calling a local UPS store; many will accept packages on a one-time basis for $5 or something. But please don't use something not designed for the purpose. You could seriously hurt yourself.

A finger. That's your best option. Using a household option is not wise, it can result in injury and even death in some extreme situations. You really should only be using toys designed for that purpose. I understand it sucks if you can't get toys, but waiting for an opportunity to is not as bad as physically damaging your health.
