Obvious choice but I liked Brokeback Mountain. But I'm a Cheerleader is probably my favourite because it's pretty funny, even though it's mostly about lesbians there are some male characters too.

I haven't personally seen it but apparently Brokeback Mountain is brilliant. It won eight Academy Awards and several others.

I recently watched one called Dream Boy that wasn't too bad. You can find it on Youtube.

Watched brokeback mountain when I was 4. Scarred me.

Seriously though I haven't actually seen many gay movies, I've read a bit of yuri manga but that's about all.

Although I do remember wathing this one movie once about a conman (played by Jim Carry), who meets a dude (Ewan Mcgregor) in prison and they fall in love... kinda. I don't remember what it was called though, again I was quite young.

I Love You Philip Morris

Date and Switch is a cute movie, it's a comedy movie yet I cried while watching it. Geography Club reminds me very much of Empty Closets  Tho story wise, it's a meh for me.

GBF just because it's so funny and cute.

Prayers for Bobby is a major tear jerker (I consider it the Fault of Our Stars for gays), but it's a fantastic movie, especially for family members of gay people. I had my parents watch it when I came out to them and it helped them a lot.

But I'm a Cheerleader is a great parody of "gay curing camps" and was really funny.
