    Sometimes I let it out, sometimes I'm at work and I can't let it out. It feels so good to have a good cry.

    Last night was the first night in a long time I felt connected to my husband. I just cried in his arms for like an hour. It was so nice to let him hold me and let me cry.

    Oh, don't worry, I wouldn't ask you to walk around crying at any time. It's just important to take the time to let yourself be with your emotions when you need to.

    I haven't been feeling the greatest recently either. I've been sick with a cold, and I've been sad and lonely a lot because I don't connect to people easily and keep having all these communication problems. I just found out my mom is going to send me to a therapist to work on my social skills.

    My mom is also very comforting and giving. It's great when your mom shows such loving support.
