    i miss my ex-partner a lot tonight. they're at a con this weekend and we're not talking 'til they get home, but i saw some posts on their tumblr that they're sick and miserable. i want to ask them if they're okay, but we agreed not to talk until they get home. plus, i'm probably not the person they want to talk to right now.

    they probably don't miss me like i miss them. every time we talk, they've been... ridiculously stoic, uncharacteristically so. it worries me. i don't know if we're gonna be okay.

    i mean haha! i'm fine! ha!

    It is so fucking wild to see old users find themselves. Yes, very wild, but also very assuring, and absolutely amazing. There is nothing more wonderful than seeing someone who was in a rough patch a few years ago in a better place now, where they know themselves and the people around them more.
