MMO and gender...

Dwarf in The Lord of the Rings Online?

 

I play as a male in all 3 factions on Star Trek Online, but in Star Wars The Old Republic; I am a male Smuggler and a female Bounty Hunter.

 

In Guild Wars 2, the Sylvari race are people born from The Pale Tree, these creatures are new to exploring the world and their own sexuality as a species so it's a mostly bisexual race, even though there are males and females. This female is a Lesbian we even get to see her girlfiend.

 

I'm always the male race.. I've never considered being a female..

 

It's not an MMO, but Saints' Row 2 had a gender slider. There were only male and female voices, but a cut and dry "sex" of your character was totally non-existent. Sure, the two extremes were definitely manly and womanly, but you could have any combination of the two, and all gendered parts were available to all characters. You could have a huge, muscular black guy with Marilyn Monroe hair and makeup if you wanted, or an otherwise feminine woman with a Jason Statham voice doing a wanking gesture.

Saints' Row is an awesome series.

 

The problem is that there's so many gender variants and people are coming up with new ways to describe what they feel their gender is. Each variation means another model and armor/clothes have to be scaled to fit it. Doing all that makes the download even bigger and takes up more space on the users computer.

 

I definitely would and do play female characters, because they are a lot more like how I feel than male characters. It would be really cool to be able to play something nonbinary.

Yeah... but you can still easily tell who's a male or female sylvari. I still can't manage to do that with Charr

 

Haha you just rely too much on tits;p Female charr look like cats whilst Male charr look like dogs...at least that's what I've noticed!

 

When i play i enjoy creating Male Avatars but curiosity gets the better of me and i make a female Avatar as well cause they have some pretty cool outfit combinations

 

I usually play female characters in World of Warcraft, because the male characters are really unattractive.

 

always female... the characters look better and it lets me be who i really am.

 

In minecraft servers you can customize your skin however.
Mines a girl in a panda hoodie with rainbow hair. ^_^

 

I myself prefer male characters but I'll play females on occasion. Just depends on mood and the better character design.

In WOW I have a male, but it's a Worgen, so the attractiveness doesn't really factor, and in STO I have 2 male and 1 female character.

 

in elder scrolls iv: oblivion, i'm a female high elf mage because i feel like i'm always a male thief

 

males wear 70 layers of obsidian Armour covering every trace of skin by the end, how ever females get 2 pieces of string just big enough to cover their nips and vag. I usually play as a worgen female in wow though
