Excited about the new Sims 3 expansion: Into the Future?

    So I absolutely adore the Sims! I've never really been into futuristic themes like other people seem to be, but this new expansion looks really awesome! What are your thoughts?

    I'm surprised they are bringing out another expansion pack when they are working on bringing out the sims 4 next year.

    ^ It's the last one.

    Can't say I am, really. I really like the sims 3 and I have several expansion packs (WA, Ambitions, Showtime, Late Night, Pets, Supernatural) but the latest one just doesn't do it for me. Also I'm reeeally annoyed by the fact that there are no good shorts on any expansion pack.

    I'm not too excited about the futuristic EP, either. It looks like some interesting things can come of it (meeting your descendants, changing the future, etc.) but I was never interested in futuristic things like that.

    The Sims 4, however, I am REALLY excited for.

    I have never been too overkeen on the Sims. Too much hard work, and there is no reward in my eyes...
