Ok so I was wondering , If I buy a factory unlocked phone (LG G2) would i be able to use it on Tmobile? I mean i know i can use it but what i am wondering is can i use it and still get the 4g speeds? Because i used to have a ATT phone that was unlocked and used it on my tmobile account and i only got edge speeds.So is a factory unlock the same as someone unlocking an att phone? thanks!
That's going to depend on several factors: 1: Your SIM card supporting provisioning of 4G service 2: 4G service availability 3: the phone supporting 4G on the band(s) your carrier provides 4G on. Lacking any of those, your phone may not provide any service, or may be limited to 2G (GSM) or 3G (Edge) service.
