Video Snipping Tool?

    Hi guys :slight_smile:
    For my computer project, I have to take snippets out of video and put the snippets together as one videos (well that's the basics).
    I was just wondering if anyone knows of a program that can take short snippets out of a video so I can leave out the parts I don't want.

    If you have a Mac you will already have iMovie (?free?)
    The other day I spotted this free editor: YouTube - not sure if that helps

    I'm sure other EC'ers will help

    It's pretty awful, but back when I was semi-famous on youtube, I worked with the infamous Windows (Live) Movie Maker. I hated it so bad, but it did the job. You usually need money for most other video editing software. :/
