The Legend of Zelda series is, in my opinion, one of the best to ever exist. There are some great games out there, and the LoZ series always seems to rank highly among them.

You, the people, which do you think is the best Zelda game? Frankly, to be honest, I just love Ocarina of Time.

Ocarina of Time is my favorite, too. It's fantastic, and it's a nice bit of nostalgia for me. Plus it has my favorite incarnation of my favorite character in the LoZ series: Ganondorf!

It's kind of cool how various challenges within the game resemble real-life sports, like the final battle with Ganon resembles tennis somewhat.

And don't forget the ReDeads!

I'd say Ocarina of Time. Awesome game to play. And, even more fun if you use Cheat Codes. What I'm currently doing is, with Cheat Codes, I'm experimenting about how far I can use Young Link without using the Master Sword at all.

    Ah, Gecko Codes...

I'm going to go with Ocarina of Time too. It's really great and even after all those years it still is one of the best Zelda games ever made. I also really like Wind Waker because of the art style and Majora's Mask because of the darker story and the NPCs.

Majora's Mask. The story, emotion and symbolism in that game is something I've yet to see matched to this day. Skyward Sword has the best gameplay though, IMO.

Who knows how much nostalgia is blinding me, but Ocarina of Time will always be my favorite.

I recently found my old N64 with my rumble pack and Ocarina of Time still stuck in the slot. I plugged it in and it still works!.

Oh my God, the re-deads. Those things scared the Hell out of 6 year old me!

I actually like Link to the Past. I love the amount of dungeons there are in the game.

I loved Majora's Mask as well. I know that the repeated three days annoyed a lot of people but I loved that game

I'll always be a Majora's Mask fan. One) it was my first Zelda game, so it holds the nostalgia for me. Two) I feel like it was just a great improvment over OoT. You actually felt connected to the characters and the experience just seemed more fun.
Three) I tend to gravitate to the more off-beat or unusual type of games.

This'll be exceedingly obvious by my profile but Majora's Mask. I have yet to meet a game as surreal and atmospheric. Ocarina's good, probably the first Zelda game I ever sat down and played (Redeads? Pfft. I raise you Moblins, screaming at you from nowhere). But Majora's one of those games with so much to do that you spend at least a couple months drifting through it. Always something new about it.

Moblins? Those guys are scary, but they come out the ground and you beat them easily. You have to slash and hack at re-deads for a few seconds, whilst it tries to JUMP ON YOU AND EAT YOUR BRAIN!!!!

    Majora’s Mask is awesome, too.

No you can't make me choose! My favorite Zelda game is always the one I'm currently playing (right now it's Link's Awakening). If only because I feel it gets a lot of hate, out of those three I'll pick Skyward Sword.

Do I have to pick? It's very hard for me to do. I'm probably going to say Wind Waker. i don't know why I just got the most enjoyment out of it. Behind that Twilight Princess, then Majora's Mask, Ocarina of Time and Skyward Sword. That's out of the 3D Zeldas anyway I don't know where to even start with the 2D ones. (Also just because Skyward Sword is last doesn't mean it's bad I loved Skyward Sword to pieces. Such a high calibre series that even the 'worst' is still amazing.

    Out of those 3...
    1. Skyward Sword
    2. Ocarina of Time (E for Everyone?!)
    3. Majora's Mask.

But my favourite of all is Wind Waker.

I've got it OoT > Majora's > Skyward but only on the basis that I haven't played Skyward...Yet.

Out of the ones I have played though I'd go OoT > LTTP > Majora's > Wind Waker > Oracle of Seasons > Four Swords
