    Not really misleading when it clearly says it's a photo, and it's a photo of a video game system, so it was in the correct category. Silly ebay.

    so as long as I sort of say someplace somehow I am cheating you it is fine for me to scam anyone - you are saying any sort of flim flam artist if OK with you?

    it is not even what he represented - the ad said a picture, and that is a photo copy of a thing

    it is not even a clear picture of an XBOX - so even that is wrong, plus it was miscategorized, this person was clearly just trying to pull people in

    this is the sort of thing that gives online shopping a bad name.

    Perhaps unfair, but I couldn't help but get a kick out of this comment...

    Sucks that he got doped and glad he's getting a refund, but come on man, the kid's 4, when I was four I could entertain myself for hours playing with sticks and dirt. I miss the good ol' days...hiking up hill both ways to school in a blizzard, etc etc
