I turned on my netbook today only to find that it would not start. As it turns out a cable inside the machine snapped and can't be reattached back to the processor. All I can say is damn it. It was a piece of shit anyway...

I know how that is, I got a Gateway netbook awhile back when I got my phone for free, knowing how bad that thing was, they couldn't pay me to take it

Happened to my Macbook. Alas, I used to jump down stairs with it in my backpack, so I guess it was my fault.

I am sorry to hear that. My netbook got a dating site virus and it will cost a lot of money to fix for a small computer.

I don't know how the virus got onto the netbook, but, it did. I was using a well-known and well-recognized anti-virus software, but, it managed to get past it.

My lovely netbook of 2010 still working wonders for me as we speak. I'm typing this post using it. It runs a Linux OS, hence virus free. It is a cute distro named Elementary OS Luna. Very fast, fluid and have more bells and whistles than Windows 7.
