The absolute worst state in the US

Effective June 9th most Xbox 360 applications will not require a Gold membership to run. This is great news because I have 100 GB Onedrive storage that I can now access on my 360. However, I think Microsoft is a tad late on this...

I think so as well!
Microsoft at least had to give you internet explorer for free.
They just like to say its an app to charge you I guess
