For me it was Super Mario World for the SNES.

My brother used to let me play Yoshi's Island and Donkey Kong on his Gameboy when we were kids

Super Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64. I remember kicking Bowser's spikey butt when I was three! Hmm...now I feel a bit nostalgic. I might have to bring out the old N64...

Something on an Atari console... I don't know the name of the game, it was something involved a plane or something shooting somethings.

The first PC game I bought for myself was Sacrifice.

My favorite on C64 was Spider Man the Adventure Game and a Captain America game which I forgot full name but still remember it's song.

One of the early Civilisation games, or Monkey Island, but I'm not sure which came first!

Galiga. Fucking hated that game 2 minutes after I started. Then dig-dug. I had a Nintendo 64. Was not able to play star wars until I was 7.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. I was 8 at the time. I kept making my dad play it for me because I was too scared.

Many votes for Super Mario World! It was mine too.

Haha right? I think my second was Halo: Combat Evolved. It was great until the Flood showed up. I didn't touch that game for years after that.
