Hey guys! Does anyone play world of warcraft? I've been playing since 2010 on and off. Bit boring at the moment as there hasn't been any new content in MoP for around a year while we wait for the new expansion. I'm still yet to meet anyone on there that's LGBT as far as I know!
If you are looking for gay people on Warcraft you need to roll a character on Proudmoore. Everybody's gay on Proudmoore--OK maybe not everyone, but like half of people, seriously. Several years ago when I was playing most actively the largest guild in the game was the Stonewall Champions--on Proudmoore.
^ I agree with the above. I'm in several different guilds, and even if some of them aren't LGBT+, they are very tolerant. I love the game! I have a level 90 draenei shaman, level 90 gnome monk, and I'm leveling a dwarf priest. But with the above post, definitely proudmoore. Every time someone says something homophobic in tradechat, the whole server seems to protest. It rocks.
Would you believe my 80+ year old mother in law plays? Her older daughter (my wife's sister) got her interested in playing WoW some years ago. My father in law (separated from my mother in law decades ago) did Microsoft Flight Simulator regularly until 6 or 8 years ago until his health deteriorated. Go figure...
I played for a few years. I have a lvl 90 and a lvl 86, I mostly played for the social side, talking with my guild though I wanted to do raiding, it wasn't a priority.
I used to be in a high level raiding guild, but then it became too much like a job and I quit. Haven't looked back since. I do miss the peeps I was friends with there though.
Used to spend all my free time playing Wow during HS. But now, I prefer to play more than one game (even though I tend to spend all my free time on Dota 2 now...)
is this the Proudmoore EU?? i would love to get involved in that lol i also tend to keep myself on RP realms lvl 90 human priest :eusa_danc , no reason really just made quite a few friends on their and in quite a nice guild as it is.
I don't know about Proudmoore-EU, but Proudmoore-US is very accepting. And finding a fun guild is the best! I've considered going into RP, but I haven't created a character yet :/
I have run my own guild for over 7 years now, adult only, casual raiding for people with real lives to contend with. My main is a Shadow Priest and I've made really good friends as a result, one of which I'm currently visiting for a few days R&R and who was one of the first people I came out to. Love WOW.
Lvl 90 Dwarf Warrior, Belf Mage, Belf Lock, Belf Pally, Belf Hunter and a Troll Druid (I like Belfs) Ive stopped playing for a bit until WoD comes out.
