Seems to be a glitch on steam where Tropico 4 steam collectors special is 99% off, Normally £30 is only 29p! It's intentionally discounted because T5 has just come out, but I've been told it's not meant to be anything like this! So if you wanna give it a go.. now's the time!
This is a fun game that I sunk a lot of hours into, and I wish I had gotten it so cheap... let me live vicariously through you, EC members!
Steam already said that, when these glitches happens, the costumers who manage to purchase the game with the wrong price won't be charged for the rest of the price. So, it's R$0,68 here. INSTABUY, muhahahahahahahaha
Anyone reading this from now, the glitch has been fixed and the price is up to the intended discounted price of £4.50. Still pretty good though for what's normally £30. I haven't played it yet though, so not sure what it's truly worth!
