I have grown quite keen on all three. Though there are players so good that it boggles the mind.

I liked Melee and Brawl. 90% of time I play as Peach dressed as Daisy or use a mod on Brawl. Favorite stage: Don't really has one Anybody excited from SSB4?

I love these games. No, really. Love these games.
I haven't played melee but I have played Bros. at my friend's house loads and I played Brawl devotedly on the Wii..

    Brawl:
    Meta Knight

In Brawl I mainly played Meta Knight for most things. He was a very diverse character with his ability to fly and go invisible which allowed for the player to make quick escapes from un-winnable battles by going invisible and then moving away or making sneak attacks by going invisible and moving in for the kill. This advantage paired with his Super Smash ability which required him to be close to an enemy for it to be effective, but it was extremely effective when pulled off properly.

    Pikachu
I have to give an honourable mention to Pikachu, who's lightning based abilities allowed for quick movement around the map as well as his Super Smash ability which allowed for limitless movement

    Bros.:
    Samus
Samus is an incredible character in Super Smash Bros. for the N64. Her up ability has surprised my friends many times and combining that with her normal ability when it is charged up full can be devastating. She also excels at long range combat with a charge up blue energy ball and down ability that drops a bomb instantaneously when mobile, Samus can be deadly

    Mario
Honourable mentions go to Mario on this one, a character who I was banned from playing as by my friends due to unstoppable combo power

    Stadium:
    Pokemon Stadium 2
The pokemon stadiums are my favourite stages on Smash Bros games as they are the most dynamic with all the different elemental effects and pokemon appearing which make the matches much more exciting.

    Did I do good Kaiser?

I absolutely LOVED Super Smash Bros on Game Cube!!!

But that was over 5 years ago... I would to play again, but I'll have to wait till I can afford to buy one :frowning2:

Also I loved Power Stone and Urban Reign

  6. In Brawl I liked Ike & Peach.

3ds and Wii U I'll probably main Rosalina/Luma. Can't wait! 3ds version gets released next week, at least in Japan and my 3DS is Japanese.

I've played Brawl and Melee, and love both of them. Though, I'm not very good at it. I'm better at Mario Kart Wii.

I have all three (well, share with the bro :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:). Used to play quite a bit, but haven't in years. When I used to play a lot my favourite character was Kirby and my favourite stage was the fighter plane one (I can't remember the name, sorry )

I have Melee and Brawl. In Melee, I preferred using characters that could jump high, because there was a stage for Metroid where you had to escape from the planet/ship. If you couldn't escape before the timer stopped, you'd lose a life.

I really liked the Zelda themed stages and the pokemon stage. Actually, my favourite item from the was the poke ball.

I favoured Melee to Brawl, even though I really liked the inclusion of the smash ball and assist trophies. Favourite characters were: Lucario, Gannondorf, Toon Link, Sheik, Samus, Marth/Ike, and Sonic.

I can't remember most of the stages since I haven't played that game in ages. I do remember liking the pokemon themed ones.

Any of you play these games?
    Super Smash Bros. (Nintendo 64).
Super Smash Bros. Melee (Nintendo Gamecube).
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Nintendo Wii).

    So, all of them.

Were you/Are you a fan of them?
I was. Now, not so much. I was never a hardcore player, with this series, either way.

Whom did you prefer to use as a character?
Link, when I wanted to be serious.
Pikachu, when I wanted to be an annoyance.
Fox McCloud, when I wanted to trollolololol.
Metaknight, because he was just an excellent character, all around.

I was experimenting with Sonic the Hedgehog, before I ceased playing Brawl. So, special mention to him.

    Favorite stage?
Corneria, due to strategical use of the rear area of Great Fox.
Poke'mon Stadium, due to the ever-changing arena.
Kirby's Dream Land, due to the wind being invaluable at times.

Excellent job, goldenarrow. You beat me to an extravagant post, so, you may have this thread, this time. LOL.

I played the original on N64 often as a kid. My best player was Samus, but I was quite proficient at all of them.

I played Melee less so, though it was still awesome despite that it'll never beat the nostalgia factor the N64 has for me. I recall that my favorite player was Martin.

I absolutely LOVE the smash bros series, I haven't had the first one, but In melee I usually used Marth and Mewtwo.
In brawl, Ganondorf, eventhough he's pretty bad(ass).
Really looking forward to SSB4 too, Robin looks interesting to me, probably going to keep Ganon as a main too, kinda grew fond of him.
