I just bought it last week. Yesterday, I played it for the first time and that lasted like 4 hours! Mostly exploring the beautiful landscape and occasionally using a two-handed sword to defeat wolves. It's a lot of fun. I could get lost in there! Glad I got a map.

Yes, Skyrim is wonderful. My character's name is Anya, and she's this wonderful swordfighter who learned enchanting. She wins everything, and she married one of the women at the College of Winterhold.

Also, she joined the Imperial Legion, 'cuz fuck racists.

After going through 3 or 4 characters with only one remaining undeleted, I'm pretty well burnt out on it

My lizard people Spitzer Swallows was a sneaky spellsword who got gay married to that other lizard people in the Windhelm docks, who proved to be a naggy annoying needy motherfucker. Spitzer Swallows died with my bro's ps3. He was level 57.

My wood elf I Am Björk. (period included in the name) was a sneaky archer/alchemist. She got buh-leted accidentally along with all my bro's 360 data. She never married. She was level 40 something.

I then made Spitzer Swallows Mk. II on a friend's 360, never kept up with that.

Finally made a cat lady named Wu Tang Dog. She's a sneaky conjurer. Still unwed. Level 30 something, I think. Don't remember. Moved back home so haven't played since. :c

Skyrim's great for all the mods out there

Moved on myself to Dragon Age Inquisition these days.

I still play all The Elder Scrolls. Currently in Skyrim I'm playing a battle mage imperial (heavy armor mage plus some sword action). Level 29 and things aren't going well. Had to turn off my factions mod to stop one hit kills on me. I was hoping enchanting would ease my pain but hasn't helped much yet. Probably should of done more smithing.

I make up a little stories for my characters but I'll keep those to myself >.> .

I played a hell of a lot of modded Skyrim (not cheaty mods, but mods that added cool gameplay stuff like extra guilds or the incredible 'Moonpath to Elswyr')

I had a level 58 redguard jack of all trades. This was my character where I played every style imaginable, from heavy armour and swords, to sneaky rogue to a badass wizard. I eventually settled as a conjuration-thief using lots of bound weapons and focusing on stealing.

I had a few other characters, notably a Breton wizard and a Khajit thief, but I didn't play them much

Hell yeah! I picked it up on Steam for £2.59 a little while ago and I simply couldn't comprehend the open world:
My Friend: So, here you are - Skyrim!
Me: Sweet! So what can I do?
My Friend: Anything! What do you want to do?
Me: I wanna be like Link from Legend Of Zelda!
My Friend: Ok, so go do it.
Me: Wait, just like that? I don't have to follow an over-arching story or anything?
    My Friend:No.
    Me: Oh...

Oh yeah I lied about Wu Tang Dog being unwed, she got married to that apothecary lady in Markarth after I assassinated her ex-husband for her or something. Strangely some mean old hag also lives with us so it's a weird interspecies lesbian threesome and I love it.

I like skyrim. Unfortunately I always seem to get bored of it before I've finally maxed out my character's abilities because it's become repetitive by that point. Maybe it's cause I always had a hard time focusing on a few specific skills but meh, that is one minor problem I do have with the game. It's still a great game and time consuming nonetheless >_> My first playthrough was an Imperial who did a bit of everything cause I didn't know what I was doing, second was a dark elf made by me and my ex v_v and the most recent was a stealth based Redguard who specialized in Conjuration and dabbled in a bit of necromancy

Any time a developer announces an MMO, I instantly hate their decision. Look at what happened with BioWare and SWTOR. They missed out on Knights 3 to the anguish of pretty much everybody and TOR went free-to-play in months. It just was not the same.

Just like the Elder Scrolls. I don't want your lousy cash-grab MMO; they make the most bangin' single player fantasy RPGs in the world and they need to keep doing that.

I still play Skyrim. Morrowind was my introduction to TES and it will forever have my heart, but Skyrim does show how far they've come as well. I particularly like their handling of followers, which do wonders to increase the value of adventuring. It's nice to have the extra firepower and carrying capacity, but also to genuinely grow attached to your most loyal traveling companion. Especially if it's Serana <3

    I love it

I'm currently playing as a level 25 Imperial who's completed the main storyline and created a truce in the Civil War. I also have a husband and two kids in Whiterun :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Just saw this, and I have to say I honestly hope it's true but I'm skeptical. The argonian world sounds really interesting and fun to explore plus I'd love to see a storyline centered around more of the non human characters. Alternatively I'd like to see a game which takes place in hammerfell or else a new country perhaps located somewhere other than Tamriel. Cause I'm pretty sure it's been implied there's other continents that haven't been explored yet. Whatever they do for a new location I hope it's exotic and unique since Skyrim is honestly kinda bland as far as the environment. Explore one snowy mountain then you've seen them all, pretty much

Oh in Skyrim I am a brutal bastard in the game, my first character an Ork by the name of Drowgutz is a mace wielding killer, anyone who says anything bad to him he kills and he hates everyone as well, this guy has never married another person. He also makes his own weapons and armor as a smith.

My second character is Galmar, the Redguard Mercenary, a two handed weapon specialist who also is very proficient with the crossbow, Galmar is a tough all purpose warrior who can sneak around caves and take down enemies while also using a combination of werewolf transformations and two handed weapons to face off against other enemies. Galmar is also a treasure collector, he takes loot as a collection and he has married Camilla Valerius just because you can't marry Lucan Valerius(my favourite character in game), but Camilla died from Bandit attacks.

My third character is Yushum, the High Elf Necromancer based off the ritual stone power, he will use that power once conjuration has been upgraded to full. Yushum is a magi who is very proficient in destruction and conjuration. He was once a Thalmor warrior but he was kicked out due to his dangerous ruthlessness. He hates most things like Drowgutz.
