So I had a problem today while I was in the middle of *Manhattan*. Even though I was able to go to the Starbucks near Times Square and get their Wi-Fi, I couldn't call my folks to let them know where I was. Why is my phone canceling calls? It shouldn't have anything to do with the Wi-Fi and it's not like I'm out of the coverage area. I'm in the middle of the New York, for crying out loud lol. Also, while at my grandma's house, whenever I try to call someone, my phone keeps telling me "not on network". I don't know how to explain it any better than this, but it's really frustrating. I'm going to go meet some friends of mine tomorrow and it'd be frustrating to not be able to call them nor my folks. Why does this occur as well. *Note, I'm not technology savvy and I really need some explanations*
