    The title seems to have cut off. I want to completely delete it. I deleted it from downloads, the picture gallery, it never showed up in G+ auto download. I have CM security which allows me to delete junk files and stuff like that, but I couldn't find it anywhere else. Where else should I look to make sure the picture was completely deleted? I'm really paranoid that it's going to leave some trace on my tablet.

    Try searching the tablet .JPG which should bring up every picture you have

    It's not rooted, but luckily I can get into at least some of the inner workings thanks to CM clean. Where would I go to search the tablet?

    I'd say use a file manager like ZArchiver, or whatever. Then look in the downloads folder on the SD card. It is in /sdcard/downloads or something, probably.

    /sdcard/downloads
    is a good hint...
    and check your browser / delete history or reset browser app...

    I was using incognito mode on chrome. How do I get to sdcard storage to check in there? My SD card is empty I think because my tablet's memory isn't full yet.

    Well, my SD isn't empty, yet my memory isn't full. Just use a file manager, go to the root (where you'll find folders like data, system, storage, sdcard) by going a folder up and keep doing so. Then tap sdcard. Then see if it is there.

    I looked in all the folder I saw in SD card storage but I didn't see anything and I searched a few keywords just in case and nothing came up so I hope it's really gone.

    One good file manager/app is... *checking tablet* ES File Explorer. It's free and great for exploring your tablet. It just takes some getting used to. The menu (e.g., Home, Device, Download, 0, and extSdCard) is on the left hand side and the files or folders appear on the right. It's user-friendly... considering it's an Android file manager.
