So been googling this for the last 4 hours and nothing yet. The problem I'm having and a friend of mine as well. Every time we try to send a picture it keeps saying cannot download photo there was an error downloading this photo from your iCloud library. Anyone know how I can fix this? Google isn't helping at all so thought I'd post a the thread see if anyone knows how to fix this and for anyone who needs help with this issue as well xD. We have both tried rebooting the phone by turning it off then holding the home button then power button and still didn't work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Never mind figured it out. Apparently you need to go to iCloud then iCloud Drive then go to the bottom and turn the use cellular data option on. Thought I'd post the solution for anyone who is having trouble too.
