Here, (raises hand) I play Total War, specifically Medieval II and Rome I. I did get Empire but large factions are too boring to play and it is worse.
I love Total War games. My favorite is Rome 1, partially because of the setting. The latter games really were a let down. Lack of unit collision in the warscape engine and polish (and just about everything else) in rome 2.
At the moment I play Medieval 2 modded. I'm playing the Third Age Total War mod. It's very fun. The reason I stopped the Elder Scrolls Total War is that it is incomplete. So I downloaded TATW. It's very awesome to besiege places we know from the movies and books. I'm thinking next I might actually download a mod for Empire Total War just to make it more playable as a minor faction.
