Windows 8.1 & iOS Devices - Help?!?

    Since upgrading to Windows 8.1 my iPhone and iPod are more often then not "not recognized" when plugged into my computer and I need to sync/back them up...
    - Help?!?

    It happened to me too. I deleted and reinstalled iTunes. It resolved my problem :slight_smile:
