Windows Deleted my 2 Partitions and now everything is gone on them ?!!!HELP

    IM GOING TO CRY ALL NIGHT TONIGHT
    my stupid windows deleted my 2 partitions which has all my important files when i checked the disk management they were just one big unallocated space
    can i restore anything please someone help me im dying right nowT_______T:tears::tears::tears::tears:
    im using windows windows 7 btw

    First thing - Stop using Windows on this computer until this is fixed. You don't want any further unexpected changes to the disk.

    Next, what type of drive are we talking about - an SSD or a traditional hard drive? Techniques and tools may be different.

    An Ntfs tradional hard drive
    Is there any chance i can restore my files

    If it's a traditional drive, you may very well be in luck if the partitions were just deleted and you know the size of them. If you use a Linux Live CD, such as Ubuntu, Kubuntu, or Knoppix, or a Slackware install CD you can use the Linux fdisk command to recreate the partitions. The Linux fdisk only modifies the partition tables. After you "create" the partitions in fdisk, you change their type to NTFS. It's best if you know if these were primary partitions or secondary partitions (there can only be 4 primary parttions on a logical PC hard drive). If these were secondary partitions, you'll need to create the container primary partition first.
