Personally, I loved vanilla/classic and Wrath of The Lich King. Though I prefer the old looks of the Azeroth regions and starting zones, almost half of my characters are worgen. New races and classes made up for the trashed terrains in a way.
TBC, have a lot of good memories in WoW from that time. I like classic too. WoTLK was alright, not my favorite. I enjoyed Cataclysm a lot when it came out, but now everywhere except Uldum is meh. MoP, I liked it, but seriously, Pandas? I enjoyed the storyline of WoD, but I wish the garrisons were more customizable. Legion, honestly, doesn't sound great to me, but I can't say because it hasn't been released yet. However, I do like how it is bringing a new Hero Class.
Draenor is alright (yay for reagent bank) but personally my least favorite in terms of models and quest lines. The starting zones used to be so fun and nostalgic, now they're just a quick 'hi, bye' with the same boring cutout armor sets. Luckily they added the option for classic player models, or I would have reluctantly quit because I don't like the design at all. The resolution is nice but they don't even look like they're from WoW anymore, and they all have an ugly perma-scowl. Really, some minor tune-ups would've been enough. I sound like such an old person, ranting and going on about 'back in the day' like this. xD
