Can anyone suggest me some games? I absolutely love games from Bioware (Mass Effect, Dragon Age), Telltale games (The Walking Dead Game, The Wolf Among Us, etc), and the type.

I'd really love some games with a really strong narrative, possibly something that can make me feel feelings? Haha.

    Thank you!

I made a thread a while ago asking for recommendations (though more broad-range, I was just asking any game in general). You might find some of the replies useful.

Otherwise, I'll sit back and wait for other EC members to give you some suggestions- I'm not very knowledgeable in this area yet but others are very much and I'm sure you'll get some good replies!

I haven't played much of it, but a friend of mine has. He's into the kind of games you are. The Metal Gear Solid franchise. Those are very story driven. Long cut scenes and what not. I got really sucked into Far Cry 3. I think Far Cry 3 is in the ball park, but I wouldn't say it has a strong narrative. It was a really beautiful game though.

The Red Dead Redemption games were quite a bit of fun and pretty historically accurate as far as the wild west days go.

    Fable is another telltale franchise

The Last of Us, a great narrative and can be quite feeling-y.

I agree with Kaboom about Red Dead Redemption. A very strong narrative, a lot deeper than one would expect from a Rockstar game, to be honest. It is though, not exactly appropriate at times. Some may find it offensive. Rockstar loves to push the envelope.

Judging from your first post, then I'd absolutely have to say Life is Strange. The gameplay is similar to Telltale's games, but the writing is better and I'll guarantee that you'll cry.

How is Fable a Telltale franchise?

Ahh Red Dead was boss though!

For me I'd say the Bioshock series is a must.

I actually just finished LiS!!!! I loved it so much. And I finally got to play TLoU when I got my PS4!!! I have definitely been looking at playing Red Dead Redemption for a long time, as it's been recommended quite a bit. I'll definitely have to get it (but I think I want to save up a bit more and get the edition with all the DLC, would that be recommended??)

    Thanks, again!

Oh! If you've got Steam check out Undertale and The Fall! Two of my favourite games I've played recently - not too long but really excellent and with amazing story and characters. Undertale has 3 routes you can play through with different choices to make and different endings, whereas The Fall has different dialogue options but the same end result, ultimately.

I've heard wonderful things about Undertale! I've never heard of The Fall, though.

I hadn't either! After playing it I was kind of surprised that nobody was talking much about it other than in reviews.

It's sci-fi, you play as the emergency AI controlling a combat suit with the injured and unconscious pilot inside. All the other characters are AIs as well and it gets into a lot of ideas about what constitutes a person, what is personality, etc. That might not be your jam but if you liked Mass Effect maybe it is!

Alpha Protocol? I think that's Bioware and heard it was a great secret agent experience despite the bugs.

Another vote for Undertale here. It really is as good as they say.
