I have two 3DS XLs, one that has a cracked blacked out top screen and one that has a good top screen but the charger port is broken. The one with the cracked screen is my main one and I was wandering if it is possible to take the screen of the the one with the broke charger port to the one with the messed up screen and if so is there a place I can send it to have it done ?
Go to YouTube and search for "3DS XL screen replacement". I bet someone has done it and made a vid...
If you don't want to do it yourself (doing so will probably void your warranty if you have one) you can always send it off to Nintendo to fix. Their website walks you through it- I took a look recently for my own 3DS XL. My chip is only small and Nintendo are quite expensive so I decided to live with it for now.
