Are you asking about games with LGBT themes or games that directly made for LGBT audiences?

First one has many examples on video game industry... like Bioware games.

Only one I can say about second one is Coming out on Top... an indie dating sim game about coming out of a gay college student (which you play) and romances following up to that. That is pretty nice and fun game. Even after all that time new content released for the game.

there's the last of us which is one of my favourite games by far (all though you don't learn Ellie is gay until the last episodes) and life is strange which has a "gayish feeling" between the two main characters (but they don't really tell us whats going on between them so it's a lesbian's nightmare).

I know of some with hints at it, but they're sadly buried pretty deep I assume so the straight audience doesn't freak out.

Skyrim had marriage equality, New Vegas had two gay/bi followers Arcade and Veronica, Pokémon has had subtle NPCs in the new games (A trans lady in X/Y and a lesbian couple in OR/AS).

I may have missed more but like I said, they're pretty well hidden. You have to either look between the lines or ask the characters specific questions. Hoping that changes someday!

Off of the top of my head of what I personally played:
    Skyrim (allows marriage)
Any Dragon Age game, Inquisition being the best
    Any Mass Effect game
    Catherine (Has a trans character)
The Sims (The third being my favorite)

Gone Home has an LGBT storyline. Though if you're not for creepy settings I'd suggest playing it with friends, which is what I did.

Yeah I really like Life is Strange it's never clear their relationship but your choices can make it so it's pretty clear towards the end
Even without the gayness that warms my gay heart the game is really awesome and has a great story
+I haven't played Last of Us but I've seen my dad play it and I really liked the story as well

Persona 2: Innocent Sin has a bisexual main character and a gay love interest

Persona 3 Portable had a lot of subtext in its female route, and you can choose to be in lesbian relationships with Aigis or Elizabeth.

My name and profile picture are from Cyberpunk Bartending Action: Va-11 Hall-A (Valhalla)! Dorothy herself is a robotic sex worker who's pretty much up for anyone, and there are a number of LGBT characters, including the main character Jill, who's a bisexual bartender with a crush on her boss, Dana.

A game that's related to Va11 Hall-A is Read only Memories, which...takes place in a future San Fran, so of course there are plenty of LGBT characters there, too.

Stardew Valley has marriage equality, and it's pretty much an indie farming simulator akin to Harvest Moon.

Christine Love does a lot of LGBT visual novels...she's pretty good, too!

Elder Scrolls Online definitely has some gay story lines...not that it is a gay game. But it includes us in their life or story in a very feel good manner. Now if your looking for a great fantasy story with a gay main character I would recommend "The Last Herald Mage" by Mercades Lackey.

Well, my favorites are the Sims and Undertale. Undertale has numerous genderqueer characters (despite people trying to give them genders) and at least one gay couple. The Sims, in the Sims: 4 at least, there are certain gender settings for trans* people and, of course, gay marriage!

There's already some pretty good suggestions made by other people.
Unfortunately, imo, most LGBT themed video games or games with LGBT characters in them present a very stereotypical view, treating being LGBT almost as an object and very rigidly defined.

One of the few good examples, imo, are Iron Bull (bisexual) and his lieutenant (who's transgender) in Dragon Age Inquisition. (They're not in relationship together)

Fallout: New Vegas, while not an LGBT game specifically, has some of the best-written LGBT characters I've ever seen in video games, with two of them, Arcade, a gay man, and Veronica, a lesbian, especially standing out. While a lot of games' LGBT characters are either treated as caricatures or completely swept under the rug, the LGBT characters in New Vegas are written very respectfully and realistically.

Debatable how much of a "game" it is, but one I really lived was Gone Home. The 90s nostalgia in that game hit home as hard as the LGBTness did
