For all you windows users out there, is it me, or is this the most pointless thing ever to be on a computer?

Now normally this would go into in the technology thread, but it's more of a rant anyways, so...

JESUS FLIPPIN CHRIST. I press this (shift key 5 times) and the loudest most OBNOXIOUS noise comes on and I think I pee a little every time I hear it. It's pretty surprisingly scary.
Anyone else hate this? Lord... :***:

It's for people who have disabilities and can't press shift + other keys at the same time...

I'm going to hell. I *chuckled* after reading that (long story).

I don't understand the sound. I mean, it's not for hearing-issued people (but I'm probably wrong there too).

Mine makes sort of a cute little "blip" noise. I quit using Sticky Keys after a while though 'cause I really had no reason to use it.

I used Sticky Keys when I had hand surgery and only had a finger or two at my disposal, but, now that I have a Mac, the feature is a thing of the past. And this thread has SOME title!

Mines is just a short buzz sound and that's it. No terryfing devil sounds.

The first thing I ever do when I get a new computer (and I have a few) is before I do anything - before I install anything or set up my Internet or even install the drivers if I have to - is press shift five times, disable sticky keys, disable toggle keys, and disable that other thing that bugs me. That way I never have to full with it :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

For those who haven't heard of toggle keys (or hell, it might be the other one I can't remember), hold down shift for 8 seconds. >.<
