Just wondering who uses what here at EC.

    No bashing/favoritism please  .

If you use more than one, then just pick the one you use the most.

Windows 7. I sought out an XP laptop when Vista was coming out, then held onto it until I could get Windows 7 on my new one.

Windows 7 for my desktop and primary laptop. Ubuntu 10.04 for my secondary laptop and netbook. I use them both pretty regularly, but I voted Windows 7 because I'm on my desktop way more.

I use Vista, but it sucks! lol Also, my "i" key broke when I dropped a pot lid on it. XD

I really wanna get a Mac, but I've never had one before, so it would probably take time to get used to the functionality if I were to get one. Yay, run-on sentence!

I have to use Macs at school, in my experience a Mac is pretty simple to get used to. So if you have money to get a Mac you should get one. The transition won't be too hard.

You could always put Windows on the Mac if you want too.

Mac OS X v10.5.8. Can't upgrade to Snow Leopard until I bother replacing the DVD drive on my Macbook Pro.

My laptop does exactly what my simple demands require of it, so I have never upgraded or changed its operating system. So it runs... (looks it up) Snow Leopard.

Mac OS X v10.4. The Tiger in my machine says "Rawr."

  15. The laptop I use came with Windows 7, and I use my laptop 95% of the time. My desktop is Windows XP, but I don't use it at all.

I have Windows Vista and Linux Ubuntu installed on my laptop as dual boot. I have been using Ubuntu as of lately. I'm still getting used to everything, tho.

I have Vista and it sometimes wants to make me cry. Hopefully my next laptop will be a Mac.

Windows 7 on my desktop and Windows XP in my laptop. I'm pretty happy with both. Since my workplace (the nice people giving me a shiny new laptop every couple of years ) are going to upgrade the laptop to windows 7 as well, I picked that one.

I'm pretty happy with it overall. It does what it's supposed to do, so far without any major issues...

Any mention of Windows Vista makes me think of the following Futurama clip, though:
