Ubuntu 10.04 for my secondary laptop and netbook. I use them both pretty regularly, but I voted Windows 7 because I'm on my desktop way more.

Windows 7 on my desktop and Windows XP in my laptop. I'm pretty happy with both. Since my workplace (the nice people giving me a shiny new laptop every couple of years  ) are going to upgrade the laptop to windows 7 as well, I picked that one.I'm pretty happy with it overall. It does what it's supposed to do, so far without any major issues... Any mention of Windows Vista makes me think of the following Futurama clip, though:
