Default Linux Mint 10

Has anyone tried out the new Linux Mint release candidate for Mint 10?

I'm still running version 9, not sure if I'll upgrade right away... have too much important stuff on my computers.. I'm afraid of messing it up if I upgrade.

Man there sure a lot of Linux distros out there. Working with Enterprise Linux it is easy to forget there is a world beyond Red Hat and SUSE.

I run CentOS on my desktop at home. What is the advantage to something like Linux Mint?

basicly Mint is a "desktop" linux meaning you wont find server side stuff in it which means theres a lot less to do software wise you dont have to tweek setup files so forth
