Fruit Ninja. I love it. Simple, but really good fun if you are into getting high scores. Infinity Blade. Beautiful graphics, simple game-play. Once again, great if you like striving to beat your best. Technically, I think it was developed with the iPod Touch/iPhone in mind, but whatever.

Aqua Forest. Angry Birds. Cut the Rope. Those are for iPod/iPhone but they have iPad versions. Why would anyone want an iPad? It's just a giant less portable iPod touch, and the iPod touch 4-gen is more powerful and has better uses.
Because it's awesome? I mostly use it for films, music and surfing the interwebs so the big screen is a real benefit. As soon as the iPad 2 comes out I'm buying one of them bad boys. Hopefully it will have FaceTime
