| Well Known Full Member   Gender: Male Orientation: Gay Out Status: A large group of friends Location: Massachusetts Age: 18 Posts: 150 Join Date: Feb 2011 |  sims 3 update problem I had the sims 3 installed on my laptop then my laptop broke and now like a year later i just installed it again and it installed an update for it and now like four more times of installing this update it keeps on doing it. Am i goi g to have to keep doing this till it goes away?

If not, you wont be able to install the newest update because it focuses on problems in the expansion pack. I had the same problem, and couldnt install the update until I bought the expansion pack.
