Just wondering if anybody here plays LOTRO. I recently began playing a couple months ago and am semi-addicted to it. So unproductive...

Hah, I played it for just over a week, but then Pokémon White arrived

I'll probably start playing it again once I get bored of pokémon endgame-styley stuff though

I started playing a few months ago and it is pretty addictive. It is the only MMORPG I've ever played. I'm not a huge Tolkien fan, but I have very fond memories of reading The Hobbit in middle school.

I played it way way back in the beta about 3-4 years ago.. and it was fricken awesome.

However at the end of last year when they brought out the free 'version' I went and had another look. It was still fricken awesome so I subscribed for about 3-4 months. I've cancelled my sub though cos my holiday ended and I got pretty inactive towards the end anyway.

I might log on though now just to ride around the Shire.. it's so pretty. I got to level 45 or so on a my Burglar and 53 on my Loremaster.

I stopped after learning that you had to pay for quests to level up desently

I'm a WoW guy myself, though I've stopped playing for now - I was too addicted.

LotR is amazing. I am so excited about the Hobbit movies coming out.

I've been playing LOTRO basically since it came out. Got 3 65s and two more close to 65. I've tried other online games but that is the only one I can really play.

I played, I have a level 50 something but then I stopped. I dont have much staying power with mmos but I'd like to go back eventually and get it as high as it can go.
