You missed Wii, and unless you were only going for the current gen consoles, you missed quite a few

Anyway, I have no favorites. At least out of the current gen, because all 3 have their uses and are equi-important.

SNES. Had all of the best games, imo, like Chrono Trigger (my fav), FFIV, V, and VI, Earthbound/Mother 2, Legend of Zelda a Link to the Past, Mega Man X, Super Metroid. Such an awesome part of my childhood.

I actually kind of despise how the consoles require games to be more simplistic; they have FAR less input options on their controllers and the hardware on the machines is very lacking compared to PCs

The best games were those ones that came on those awesome 8 inch floppy disks (that actually were floppy, unlike the newer small ones) such as Kings Quest 1. Half of the fun was putting the disk in.

Of the current generation, as an owner of both PS3 and Xbox360, Xbox360 wins hands down for me.

Ever, the SNES! And the PC gets an honourable mention for games like The Sims, and Civilization.

PSone. My first console. ^^ PS2 has the best games and is my 2nd favorite (although I've never owned a PS2). PS3 kinda disappointed me. (the unreasonably long load time for games, the "software installation" for new games, and the "perfectly" timed system updates... >< )

All of Nintendo's game systems. But that's largely because I love every Zelda game ever. Most especially Ocarina of Time.
