So rumor has it that star wars the old republic is being released on the 22nd of this month ...... Do you think that they'll put the release date back another 7 monthes or somthing again ? xx

The public beta hasn't even started right? It can't be this month.

The release, however, will not take place this spring. Brown says clearly that he recognized from April to December 2011, a release is before July but more than likely.

"It's going to launch sometime in calendar, but not within Fiscal 11th So that basically pens down between, you know, April 1 and December 31 of this calendar year. It's therefore reasonable to infer that it's not gave in our Q1 guidance. We Q1 Fiscal 11 Fiscal 12 non-gap revenue guidance, -39, -44 cents and I think it's not unreasonable to infer that it's not included in that 90-day period. "

Also, the payment model, there is some news. As it seems right now a regular subscription-model is planned. However, it is still debated to what extent micro-transactions could play a role.
