Interestingly, on sites like senorgif, they're normal speed. Anyone have an idea about what's going on? o_o;

The issue is probably not with which website the image is on (unless you have a seriously crappy computer), but the images themselves. Without knowing what browser you use, I can't really say much more.

It is possible for the computer to be so slow that processing other parts of the site (the sites that are in love with JavaScript and AJAX) takes over the animation of the GIF. It would take a crappy computer and a crappier browser for that to happen.
