I haven't been able to send or receive any offline IMs at all, and now I can't receive emails on hotmail either. I upgraded to Windows Live 2011, because I wasn't receiving any offline IMs with the previous version either, but now the problem persists. Anyone have any idea as to what's going on or what can I do to fix it?
