    What's the problem?

If you need assistance, contact me. First of all I need a platform description (operating system, amount of RAM installed, processor information, hard disk capacity, free hard disk space) and a description of the program. If you have done something which might have caused it, please include it as well.

I would suggest scanning for viruses and adware/spyware.

If you are using Windows and don't have anti-virus software try AVG Free, and for adware/spyware scanning try Spybot Search and Destroy and AdAware.
