    The method of attack appears to be through vulnerabilities in Internet Explorer and/or Windows for which patches have been released, but not everyone keeps their PCs updated. I would have thought that decent up-to-date anti-virus and anti-malware software would take care of it too.

    Well that's good Crimson, it must mean you haven't had a dying relative or they don't have hospice in Australia?

    I think we don't have Hospice in Australia. But someone else can answer that.
